Ordering Information

  • Delivery Schedule
    All first-time embroidered items require a minimum of 2-3 weeks from credit and design approval. Reorders are processed within 2 weeks. This does not include an additional 2-5 days allotted for shipping time.
  • Embroidery
    All custom orders require the customer's approval of a free test swatch of the embroidery prior to full production. Camera-ready artwork of your design or logo is required.
  • Camera-Ready Artwork
    The quality of your embroidery depends upon the artwork supplied. To avoid delays and additional art charges, please supply clean camera-ready art. If art needs to be touched-up, add approximately $50.00 to your order. Remember, the better the art work, the better the final product.
  • Printed art requirements
    • Black & white line art on flat photographic paper.
    • 600 DPI (dots-per-inch) laser prints, preferably at 100% of final size.
    • Glossy, fine grain paper works better than matte copier paper.
    • Always include a color composite.
  • Digital art requirements
    • Artwork should be emailed to: apparelbysewwhat.com.
    • We support any one of the following formats: BMP, TIF, JPEG, DOC, GIF or Adobe Photoshop .
  • Order confirmations
    All orders are acknowledged via fax or e-mail. Please read it carefully and contact the factory immediately with corrections. Orders will be produced and billed as per this information. Any changes to your order must be confirmed in writing.
  • Payment Terms
    We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Bank Debit, and company checks. If you prefer, you can fax your credit card information to our private fax line.
  • Returns
    Returns are accepted only if we've shipped defective merchandise or made a mistake in your embroidery. Returns are only accepted with a return authorization number.  Please call the company prior to returning any merchandise.
  • Shipping charges
    Shipping and handling charges, which are based on the weight of your order, are calculated using either the current USPS, UPS or Federal Express rates.
